Liquid dosing station for continuous or batch operation

Liquid dosing stations are available for continuous or batch operation. Liquids can be stored either in an intermediate bulk container (IBC) or in tanks. Dimensioning, capacity and tank size are always designed according individual customer needs. All the necessary pumping systems, valves and piping are included in the delivery. The capacity ranges from 1 to 10,000 litres.

Small dosing stations are suitable for feed mills or other plants where precise liquid dosing is required. Continuous liquid dosing stations are equipped with mass flow measurement or flow measurement. Liquid dosing stations can be connected to an existing automation system or delivered with separate automation.

Batch liquid dosing stations use a scale for dosing.
