Microdosing station
Microdosing station for precising dosing of micro-components in feed
Microdosing stations are usually equipped with four tanks ranging in size from 20 to 1500 litres. A screw dispenser or hydraulic/pneumatic slide dosing gate adds the desired substances accurately into the mixture. Microdosing stations can be located in feed mills, for example, at any point in the process.
Microdosing stations typically have a 10–50 kg scale that doses micro-components in batches down to just 100 grams.
